Pros
whe I was there it had a very laid back management style. During my time I had a great group of co-workers, many of whom I still (5 years later) keep in contact with.
Cons
I felt like I was stuck in a position because I performed my job well and was not allowed to expand my skill set and advance my career (even though I repeatedly asked) because management did not want to haft to replace me. I know it made sense from their perspective, but it was a large factor in my decision to leave.
