Never ever work for this company....Never - Senior Sales Executive KENT RO Systems Employee Review

Dont know from where to begin, ok so 1. No Hr policy 2. Uneducated and undereducated top level management. 3. No clarity in communication with employees 4. Nobody knows what anyone is suppose to do here 5. Everyone does everything 6. TA and other reimbursement u get late or never or almost 30% of what you actually spent 7. Pay is staggeringly low compared to any industry 8. Expectations are high 9. No growth 10. No future 11. Undue pressure...u have to sell, test water at customers house , manage dealers, distributors, take live photgraph of canopy, update your location, all with a cheap tab and 1 gb 3G for a month . 12. They deduct 1000 from your salary for mobile phone connection and give only 375 rest is gone. 13. However hard you work even after achieving your target, u r undertarget....it keeps increasing for no reason at all. 14. Bad behaviour, foul mouth and workplace harrasment on regular basis because of lack of ethics and proper work culture in the organisation 15. They give fake package offers and will ask you to buy a car with no help from organisation and then u might get your full salary which nobody got yet. And many many more.....they fool mba freshers, go on a hiring spree in low level colleges and know in this country they will get hell lot of guys for 20000 rs or 19 K. You will never grow and even if you do you will still do the same old stuff with more pressure and meagre pay.
