Pros

You get the chance to work with a mix of clients and gain real marketing experience, but that's about the only silver lining.

Cons

-The fast paced had no real purpose, leaving everyone scrambling to keep up with shifting demands. -Projects were constantly flipped upside down halfway through, with no explanation or reason given. -Miscommunication between teams created a cycle of repeated errors that could have easily been avoided. -Building campaigns felt impossible when priorities changed on a whim. -The endless confusion killed any sense of creativity, turning the job into a constant struggle to fix what was already broken, -Over time, the work stopped feeling meaningful and instead became a frustrating routine of cleaning up after poor decisions,

Pros

Seeing how different marketing strategies contribute to business growth and lead generation is one of the most interesting parts of the job. New industries to learn about. Different campaign objectives every month. My teammates bring creative ideas and practical experience, which makes project discussions more interesting and helps me continue developing professionally.

Cons

Performance expectations can be demanding when managing multiple client objectives.

Pros

Nothing much, maybe the location?

Cons

Avoid this company if you want a stable workplace. You notice the problems right away. The president often seemed worried, and that worry spread through the team. Employees always worried about what will happen next. As time went on, trust started to disappear. More and more are desiring to quit. The stress grew, and it started affecting people's mental health. The hardest part was the constant instability. People wanted answers, but answers were hard to get. Rumors spread faster than real updates. We spent a lot f time worrying about the future. It's hard to stay focused on your job. The mood across the team kept getting worse. You could also see the impact on employee morale. Good people stopped believing things would improve. Some left quickly, while others stayed and became frustrated. New problems kept showing up, but very little seemed to change. The same concerns came up again and again. Overtime, employees lost confidence in the company. That is why so many people eventually decided to leave.
