Good Benefits and friendly people.
Cons
Management in Operations is terrible. Promise you a promotion and take if from you based on what a former employee who resigned said about you in the resignation letter they sent to human resources. Speaking of HR, only a few people in the D.C office i would consider HR. The upper level has no idea of what Human Relations means.
