Effortless Promotions: Why stress over KPIs and "performance" when career growth is safely automated based on your caste and connections?

Cons

One of the biggest concerns was the perception of caste-based favoritism. Opportunities, recognition, and career growth often appeared to favor certain groups, leaving many hardworking employees feeling overlooked and undervalued. Employees were frequently left wondering what they needed to do to succeed, as advancement seemed to depend more on connections than actual performance. This created frustration, lowered morale, and led many talented individuals to feel excluded and unappreciated.
