You get a feeling that how on earth is this a software company with no ethics and semi literates in the Management. 1)They hire you irrespective of any technology for RPA 2)Later they tell you to get trained all by yourself 3)If you aren't coping up with your self training.If you arent then its your own fault 4)You take your colleagues help and get certified all though with no practical experience 5)Get some project and here is the best part:your supervisor will ask you for your own resume, make changes and add some fake experience so that they can win projects and trust me this fake resume reviewed by all people including the Top Management 6)The Sales Team of RPA who doesnt know anything about RPA would set the expectation that they build AI not a rule based bot 7)While recruiting they will tell you that they will send you Onsite.But here is the catch,they will send you on a social visa(Illegal) .If you are caught at the Airport then you are on your own my friend.They will never come back and save you 8)And then you land at Projects place who expect you to build an AI ,not a Bot.You are lone warrior there and Good Luck with that 9)The company calls itself a MNC but they aren't even close to it 10)They run the company like a Shop,unorganized and the Management is illiterate with no clue how to run a company.I wonder how on earth they became a Management . 11)I got no offense against Tamil but this is the official language there and the meetings are conducted in this language.If you know tamil then you are treated differently and if you dont then you are nothing but a commodity to them. 12)You will not be given your relieving letter if you do not work for 1 year 12)In short the company is a "joke"
