Pros

1. You can learn “HOW NOT TO BE”. It’s a family owned private organization started some 20+ years back. You will find most of the people in senior and topmost management are from that date of inception who lack vision & mission to strive forward and are still stumbling & figuring out on how to succeed. This KGiSL (GSS) firm is a disgrace among the KG Group of companies. 2. One thing I thoroughly enjoy after leaving this organization is absolute peace of mind and it's quite a revelation on how a TOXIC place I was associated with all along these years. 3. If you have survived for a few years here, you can plan to switch over to mainstream politics.

Cons

1. Is a below average pay master. 2. Hikes are not given at the right time, for 1 year it won’t happen for another year it can happen in the month of July or October or Anytime and on this your guess is as good as mine. 3. You would not believe it if I say so, an unique feature of this IT organization is “the salary might be reduced at any given point”. 4. Job security absolute NO, the most dangerous part. You may be asked to leave the job at any point of time without any prior notice. 5. Valuing talent doesn't exist. Career growth, recognition & rewards here it’s an new jargon that is still explored. 6. Employee benefits, perks are near to non-existence and work life balance it’s better not to talk on this. Even the basic industry standard like Family Health Insurance was lately introduced during mid course of pandemic. 7. Favoritism & Nepotism are practiced at the best possible way, you will attain a steep career growth if you are a relative or belonging to the same caste. 8. If you want to know how it feels to be in pre-independence era of slavery, go join here and you will not be disappointed. 9. Mere words and high promises will be made but nothing changes on real ground. 10. Professionalism is another thing that doesn't exist here. 11. The special way followed here to increase competitiveness & productivity, is by practicing and creating intentional conflicts between people. 12. Another theory runs well here is, don’t satisfy your employee, as it will keep them hungry and they will strive and excel more. 13. The communication circulated mostly will have a hidden agenda, the paid publications are roped in to spread across the fabrication. 14. Your self-respect and dignity will be shaken quite often, no respect for employees. 15. Managers are ruling people with no knowledge on team handling, they are here just because they stay longer at the company and tend to harass & intimidate you or sometimes even threaten you. Can it be termed as some dictatorship? 16. Stalking, you will be monitored over social media, professional platforms and even your personal life if there is an opportunity. Here they have a dedicated team to do this and you will be asked by your managers to bring down the profile uploaded in Naukri, remove the “OpenToWork” status from LinkedIn. Moreover, your personal situation might be used to their advantage to bend you. 17. Onsite is a caged prison, you will not be allowed to return back to home land however be the situation. In most organizations “Onsite” is given as an opportunity but people here are scared to take it up. To hide all this, the organization is spending quite big on PR activities by campaigning well on social media, publishing paid article, changing organization name/logo, writing positive review across platform with their own team, etc...

Its sad to know that some of our employee friendly measures like Family Medical Insurance covering parents and parents-in law with COVID cover which came in as a savior during testing times, complimentary lunch & beverages, free vaccination camps for employees have missed your attention.
