      Good to work if fresher. Helps a lot on the human grounds. supportive nature of seniors if good with them.

      Cons

      No future for independent thinkers and non Marwadi personnel. Appraisal and increment depends on locality instead on performance.

      Pros

      Big company with global operations. Successful diamond division. Socially responsible.

      Cons

      Poor integrity. CEO tries to run everything on his own, and can’t! Very weak managers who only care about relationship with CEO. Pressure to price high to the market as though there’s no competition.
