      You will get benefits of company name other wise no pros found

      Cons

      1) No work life balance. 2) No professional culture and value found. 3) No employee benefits like PF, Bonus. 4) No proper leave management policy. Direct salary deduction if you take a leave like labour. 5) No co operation from seniors. 6) No career opportunities found. 7) Because of all this you can lost your self confidence

      Pros

      Big company with global operations. Successful diamond division. Socially responsible.

      Cons

      Poor integrity. CEO tries to run everything on his own, and can’t! Very weak managers who only care about relationship with CEO. Pressure to price high to the market as though there’s no competition.
