Pros
KGS is a great place for young professionals to gain hands on experience and be compensated for their hard work, long hours and contributions to the team. The company has a very flat org structure which allows analysts/associates to work directly with senior management- an experience that is unparalleled in the industry. You are able to take on as much responsibility as you want and can really grow with the company.
Cons
There is no analyst program so you must be a self starter and be able to learn concepts quickly.
