Pros
Pay can be ok. Operations members get good training and often are able to obtain a better job elsewhere after 2-3 years. Some cool projects have been done by KHS&S.
Cons
In my experience, what is written on the walls for culture did not match the walk and talk of leadership. I saw very little diversity in the leadership team. I felt deep inconsistency with remote/flexible work arrangements across departments and operating units. I felt very little clarity on the mission and vision of the organization, with low confidence in how leadership plans to right the ship.
