Cons
1. Employees who served their notice period for 3 months without salary, after getting out some of them might desperately need some money because they have practically borrowed money from all their friends in previous 3 months. Now they expect their hard earned money to come. Well what you get is excuses. They will keep delaying and delaying for as much as 12-18 Months. 2. It’s a company with effectively no HR department. For all your HR queries and needs you will call them and nobody will respond. 3. Consulting employees are made to sit with Accounts and Admin workforce. Heights of non professionalism. 4. They keep delaying your monthly salaries for as much as 3 months by giving excuses like the clients have not paid the money. Well it’s not a direct program and the employee's contract is with Kie Square and not with Its clients. 5. Work will be thrown at you, and then nobody from the leadership will show up in the office for meetings and road-map. You keep shooting email seeking a discussion, nobody will respond. After 15 day all of a sudden they will come and ask are we done with the work? Highly irresponsible management. 6. You will claim some money after reading all the clauses and company policies. It will be denied sighting a Company policy which they just created.
