Pros
- If you have an idea, you can make it happen! While you will have to own the project, you will receive a lot of internal praise and even a promotion. - Truly really great people. I left with genuine friendships. - Great product with an inspiring Founder's story and values. - A very nice office environment with strong work / life balance. - If you want to, you can take on a lot of responsibilities outside of your job. It's a safe space to try something new and go for it! - People trust you to do your job and empower you to shine. You don't get that just anywhere!
Cons
- Like anywhere, the senior leaders lacked vision and some even channel knowledge. - During my time there, it wasn't that easy to get promoted, but believe that has changed. - Pay could be more competitive and believe there are wide pay gaps on teams. - This may have changed, but there were always a few people doing everything and lots of people doing nothing. - Constant change, but that's everywhere! Especially with the brand purpose.
