It’s hard to point anything that is positive from a culture perspective, There is little to no diversity. There is very little respect for people from different gender and cultural background. No understanding on diversity and cultural nuances. No real support from management for career progression. Overall, the fact that there is food and barista bar in the office can hardly compensate for the lack of respect of basic professional standards and individuals dignity, ‘backstabbing’ and lack of empathy.
