-Pay their employees as little as possible and fire people without regard. Simply if they don't need you anymore your gone. -THE HR IS FAMILY MEMBERS!!! They literally have ZERO intention of making anything right they only are looking out for the interests of the company. -Works in a trailer with no running water, no fridge, and portapotties for bathrooms. -Super misogynist. All the high-up positions are men, all of payroll is women. Truly embarrassing. -They don't promote anyone unless you are family. They specifically try to keep people as low as possible so they can pay, again, as little as possible. -They expect you to take on way more than your job entails but still stay at the same pay rate. -They also expect salaried employees to work overtime pretty much every day without overtime pay.
