      The company is small enough for the personal touch but well connected enough to provide several job options. They have been in Tallahassee long enough to have good relationships in the Government Sector which is the mainstay of IT opportunities in the city.

      Cons

      Due to the relatively smail size, the available benefits are not competitive with larger companies.
