KLF Media is a very unique, dynamic company that will allow anyone who is willing to put forth the effort to expand their personal and professional horizons.
As is the case with many smaller businesses, professional evolution is a requirement. I joined the company as a young adult with a broad, but underdeveloped skill set, and grew into a professional with the motivation to accomplish the impossible.
Now that the resources exist, a skilled manager presides over each department. The management is friendly and approachable, and they're ALWAYS willing to take you under their wing to alleviate pressure, offer assistance, or mentor. Listen, learn and pay your dues, and you WILL be rewarded.
Accomplished milestones are rewarded with company outings and activities, fresh fruit baskets are provided weekly, flexible hours are offered within reason, and the staff is outgoing and friendly.
If you're ambitious, are willing to work hard, and love to learn, you'll flourish. If you're looking for a position that requires minimal effort, no responsibility, and you can't work without constant direction, it's probably best to look elsewhere.

Seasonal high-pressure depending on the department can be daunting, but isn't unreasonable.
Open environment is sometimes distracting, but allowing staff to listen to music helps.
