      A lot of space for personal growth and career changes Possibility to work in some departments on very innovative projects Big discounts on airplane tickets

      Very corporate, bureaucratic and slow Has a lot of unnecessary people that slow down the process, innovation and development In most of the places it's harder to work for a non-Dutch person who doesnt speak Dutch
