I worked 8 years in KLNtek as full time employee. Management is good, highly responsive, prompt on payments and cooperative in providing necessary paperwork when moving to different company.

Can't think of anything bad

Had a great experience working at KLNTek from 2013 till 2020. Accountable to what was promised in terms of salary and benefits. Never missed a pay check in 7years, that's outstanding. KLNTek had a great immigration team that can handle visa extensions,transfers in a timely manner. During my tenure they did 1 transfer and 2 extensions without any RFEs from USCIS. Offered Green Card sponsorship through which I was able to continue my extensions beyond 6year limitation. All necessary documentation was provided promptly. Coming back to resignation which is not so great news for any company, was accepted and handled professionally without causing any issues. I should definitely appreciate the management for doing that which is very important for any professional. It left me with a positive feeling working for a great company. Would definitely recommend anybody who wants to pursue IT carrier, KLNTek is a great choice.
