laid back work environment. Union printer. the people that work there are a great bunch of people. hard working and friendly. the majority of the employees have been there for 10 plus years up to 25 years. Medical benefits are fair and you can get into the Delta dental plan. 401k match is fair

no strong management, total free for all, a very divided company when it comes to the two families that own the company. No written employee handbook or company procedures makes it a difficult place to work. Each employee is a special case. There is no unity when it comes to the rules, it depends on who you are. It creates animosity
