Pros
Lunch, benefits (discounts) and friendly colleges. The work environment is great and you can get good coffee. Good parking options, if you are with a car. They also have plenty of employee clubs (running, fishing, chess, etc) and traing facilities.
Cons
Low salary compared to similar, lots of organisational red tape and a company not gearede towards the private market. They are somewhat unable to utilize internal synergies between departements, which is a shame, because the potential is there. It’s a question of cultural change going from a public sector market to a more competitive private consulting market, and KMD is not really ready for that yet. Too many changes at once also has its risks, and I heard a lot being not to happy with that. Their SAP based expense claim and time registration system is a nightmare to use. Not user friendly and cumbersome to use.
