The EA's and the EA teams are nice.

They've reduced "Executive Assistants" to a "Team Admin". You support 8-10 Managing partners/directors and you're on a team of 4-5 executive assistants and you are the back up to the rest of the team; so back-up for 32-50 managing partners/directors. It's nuts.
