Pros
Getting paid and being closer to the work, the every day tasks actually contribute to the fleet.
Cons
The company suffers from deeply inconsistent HR policies, and the HR team itself often seems out of sync, making it hard to resolve even basic issues. Management is a major concern — some managers engage in unprofessional and, at times, harassing behavior, creating a toxic work environment. There is little to no support for employee development, and opportunities for advancement are virtually nonexistent. Even when internal candidates are qualified, the company prefers to hire externally rather than promote from within. On top of that, managers often lack a clear understanding of client needs, which leads to poorly managed projects and unnecessary stress on teams.
