Pros

Terry Leads from the trenches with his team. He gets his hands dirty right beside you and always encourages. He values your time and personal lives as well as keeps it professional Always building into your strength.

Cons

Not enough time for Terry to be there for everyone to learn and grow from his experience. The company needs to encourage his leadership style as there aren't many people out there like this anymore giving their time to build people up.

Pros

Not strenuous, some nice people

Cons

Got hired as inside sales, spent most if not all my time restocking. Got tested for my sales knowledge, and failed because the training is part of one day of CBT, with a promise of in-person follow-up, which never happened. Got fired because I was restocking "too slow". First company I've worked for that doesn't allow 15 minutes breaks for a full day of work (not that they're legally obligated to, but still), or doesn't allow their cashiers at least a stool (they're expected to stand four hours at a time). Give my disclosed mobility issues, this became challenging for me. Don't get me started on the mouse infestation, or how the warehouse manager actually runs the store by proxy through her husband the district manager.
