Pros

Free lunch during interviews and that's about it...

Cons

THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!! They expect you to sign a 3 year contract without the real possibility of a job. It all depends on "you" they say...train for 15+ weeks, and then you "might" get placed for a job. Make you lie on your resume to up your experience too. They claim to give you 8 weeks of support when you can't do the job and then start charging you the fee when you need to reach out for help with a product you have no experience with. Also, if you desire to cancel your contract they threaten you with a $25,000 lawsuit for a breach of contract, plus relocation and training expenses.

Pros

They will give you a shot. If you manage to do what you're supposed to, they will take you a long way. I definitely recommend this job to anyone that loves and is committed to work, or someone that has been working to or studying to have a job that they will love.

Cons

It's A LO-O-O-O-O-O-O-T of work at times, but it's the nature of the industry. You may not like the pay if you've ran your own business for a while.

Pros

I've worked with some of the most amazing people. My co workers always had encouraging words and kept a positive attitude when I was feeling defeated by this job and I tried to do the same for them. My trainer was good.

Cons

This company is based on lies and deception. They built a dream of working for big companies and sold it to recent graduates ready to start a career, but getting to that dream job is what they lied about. I went a whole year without a contract position that they promised; they wanted me to work two days a week and still pay for all my bills (I didn't). When I finally had enough they tried to use my contract against me, even though it null and void. My group went one month without any communication from Knacktek. Moral of the story is beware of the "used cars man" pitch that they will try to sell. Even though two people out of my group received contracts after a year of training and "marketing" our "perfect resumes", but the other seven of us didn't.
