Pros

Great company that strives to be better every day. Leadership genuinely listens to employee feedback and invests in improving processes. There’s a strong sense of teamwork across departments, and managers are supportive of professional development. Work–life balance is respected, and the benefits package is competitive for a company this size. The culture feels inclusive and collaborative, which makes it a place where your ideas are valued.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

KNIPEX was a great company to work for and many times felt more like family than work colleagues. Every single person that works for this company is beyond skilled in their role. With KNIPEX you can guarantee that you will be appreciated and valued for your ideas and opinions that you bring to the table. Every idea is discussed thoroughly with management to come up with the best overall strategy in moving the business forward as well as attaining new business. Management allows you the opportunity to handle your role and portion of the business as you see fit, but will always be there to guide you and/or sit in a meeting with you if you so desire. Management has an open door policy for their employees and will take the time necessary to answer any questions or talk through any issues that might arise on a daily/weekly basis. Management expects the highest standards and work ethics for their employees and holds themselves to these expectations as well. Management will never ask you to do something that they would not or have not done in the past. The nice thing about working for a small company is that most of the top management have been promoted from within so they have really "worked in the trenches" and have done all of the roles that they are now asking their employees to do. In turn, there is a better camaraderie against all employees no matter the level in positions.

Cons

There is a lot of growth happening at a rapid pace, which could threaten the positive work culture that management worked very hard to build.
