Great culture, great team, great opportunity

Pay could be higher but it’s competitive

The only positive was that I found the work itself satisfying. Successfully completing and shipping projects felt like major accomplishment to me.

Japanese staff spoke in Japanese without considering english speaking employees. The most experienced engineers lacked basic technical knowledge for example, one with over 10 years of experience did not even know the basics of thermocouples. The Japanese management was extremely rude and showed no hesitation in publicly insulting employees. The top management used to lie like if it is nothing. Management was biased towards older employees no matter how wrong they were.
