Relatively easy to sell quality product Technically advanced people easily available, if you know where to look Almost unlimited materials for learning
Cons
Bureaucratic organization, endless useless meetings. Non-existent meaningful trainings, some useless trainings. Decision-making is so distributed that everything takes forever. The process of releasing something is checked three times, but still amateur mistakes go through - raises a question why check, if nothing get checked, just box gets clicked. Seems fantastic on powerpoint, but doesn't work.
