Pros
Each office is different, but for the most part it is a very relaxed environment compared to other elevator companies. There are some great people within the organization.
Cons
They don't ever set a career path out, you have to figure it out yourself. They like to hire externally and consider it poaching if a manager with an opening calls an employee without them formally applying. They have a poor district office set up, and a lack of management if you aren't in a branch office.
