      Emphasis on systems and softwares, good quality people in the HQ in Helsinki, and CNE region.

      Cons

      Little genuine care for people and pretending to emphasize employee engagement, all effort for bottom line focus, poor governance, bad leadership and "on the surface" management in South Europe, Middle East and Africa region (worst region to work for)
