I have started my Career as GET with KONE at one of the office in Chennai at 2011. And i have worked around 5 yrs with this company. Pros i would say as a GET salary package is more than average and a fixed decent hike during the second year (probation period). Pickup and Drop facility, Breakfast and lunch facility....
Cons
Cons i will start from salary - After completion of the probation period employee salary will be revised based on the performance. But the salary hike will is very low...... - Work culture will not be like a office or MNC. Literally speaking it will be like a School... - No work and personal life balance. It is very hard to get even permission for an hour.. - There will not be any general respect from superiors. - Etc., I would suggest if you get any opportunity to join this company as GET use it and sincerely look for a job change.. If you are an experienced candidate please ignore this opportunity...
