Pros
-Flexibility of working from home which many companies are cutting down on now -Friendly culture - Most of the management team seem approachable and hands on
Cons
- lack of proper controls in many areas - too many things outsourced to vendor / shared service team, to the extent that some staff do not know the things that they should know and responsibility gets pushed on to vendor / shared service team. Staff in the end just acts like a middle man. - due to the friendly culture, many get away with doing the bare minimal/mistakes and those who are capable have to take on more in the end
