Pros

The ability to create hype and land large funding without having actual working products on the market.

Cons

Shady culture. Just one example that might be useful for people interested in joining: the company uses interviews as a source of unpaid professional work. With the excuse of better evaluating their abilities, HR asks most candidates to prepare long, structured, and guess what unpaid home assignments (5+ hours, often much more) of which content are directly related to what Konux is working on. While that's all legal, unfortunately many candidates end up complying with that either because they're young/unexperienced, or desperate.

Pros

Nice office, A lot of nice people, interesting projects

Cons

First of all, don't be impressed by the high rating on Glassdoor. Everyone who joins the company gets an onboarding ticket to leave them a good review on Glassdoor, and many people do it. A lot changed in the company, the management seem to be incompetent to address the problems properly. As a result, many good people left or got laid off, while some got promoted to positions that is not relevant to them. Big structural changes happen overnight and without notice. Decisions are made without considering the consequences. Workload is very high in technical roles, so much that people want to leave the company but don't find time to look for other jobs. The salary is a bit above market average, but with such a workload, it's very likely that you should work overtime. So you should think in terms of hourly salary to be able to do comparison to other companies.
