Pros
- Great location in Roseville, close to public transport - Attractive hourly rate and accurate accounting (never had any pay issues) - Great ratios of carers to staff, mix of different levels of care - Beautiful old building with well kept gardens, great sunlight
Cons
- The building was hard to navigate at times, with only one lift - Management sometimes threw nursing and care staff under the bus - Majority of the nursing / care staff come from a Nepalese / North Indian background (makes anyone else feel like an outsider, outnumbered)
