I joined Kore earlier this year and so far, this has been an unforgettable experience, especially in a business climate of uncertainty, offshoring, automation, and largescale layoffs. The company's growth is stable and organic, and NOT due to acquiring smaller companies. Our success stems from a strong emphasis on client relationships; many of which are referrals, or have been around since the beginning. I feel empowered by my manager and my diverse team to take initiative and implement productive ideas. I'm appreciative of our leadership and staff for embracing positive changes - stoked to see what we will look like a year from now!
