Pros
Great startup to learn and develop new skills. Fast-paced environment. The team is open-minded and motivated. There is no stupid question. From day 1, you have big responsibilities and have to manage very different tasks, making every day very interesting.
Cons
I was working part-time from the EU, so the cons would be the time difference with HK - making it harder to communicate.
