The worst employer I have ever experienced. Culture is full of toxic, misogynistic and disinterested leaders. You get lied to and gaslit on a daily basis, leadership are bullies and have no respect for their teams. The incompetence of HR is astounding, I honestly don’t know how this business is allowed to operate with this appalling treatment of staff. Many people have raised concerns and get ignored. You aren’t allowed to take holiday because managers see themselves as more important. They are overpaid and underqualified to put it lightly. Long hours, no development, underpaid, doing the lion’s share of work, being told to be “one of us” and pick who you are friends with. It is hardly surprising considering one of the senior managers was dismissed for bullying in two former workplaces. One team in particular, was the butt of the business and made to feel less than human throughout, again this is thanks to leadership. There’s a reason why there’s so many vacancies on the job board, avoid.
