      Pros

      The firm has global recognition which attracts great candidates for interviews, The firm has a lot of smart resources willing to assist. Long term career grown opportunities if you can meet performance metrics and maintain good team reputation.

      Cons

      There are a lot of administrative roadblocks for client service lines. Whether it's risk management or lack of specified training. This eats into time that should be spent more on client deliverables instead of being an obstacle that does not add value.

      KPMG is a great place to start, progress or continue your career. Between smart colleagues, flexible work schedule, interesting projects, and up-to-date tech, you feel like you're at, or at least near, the forefront of the knowledge economy.

      There is often duplicative projects and the content management is not as efficient as it can be.
