Negative work environment, especially for new employees who are often publicly chastised for making mistakes even though producers, and co-workers refuse to help them learn iNews system. New hires will have to complete a 5 hour training session for human resources, but there is nothing available to help them learn the computer system, which is unique for each tv station. Pay is horrible for part-time work. As a result, station has a high turnover rate. Work can be extremely boring for behind the camera employees.
