Former sales assistant discriminated - Sales Executive, Acting Assistant Manager KRCS Employee Review

Minimum wage don't expect any kind of bonus. The hours are rubbish, apparently you will get up to £3k-£4k commision each year this is a lie you would have to sell about £25000 a month worth of profit by yourself even thou the store just about makes £14k with four staff so Base salary is about £9k for 35 hours, you get passed up for premotions even when staff who are hired are less experienced I was passed up for premotion to assistant manager for someone who I then had to train so they could do there job. The company doesn't pay taxs correctly on the wages after leaving the company was told they didn't pay between £300-£400 plus at the start of my time at the company they was investigated for not paying staff correctly with bloating commision so they could pay under minimum wage. Hmrc was not happy about that. Head office doesnt know how to run a company if you have damages in the stores the staff lie to area managers so they don't know how much damages are in the store. The company doesnt offer any training, products get damaged and sold I was discriminated against because the company was conned out of an amount of money because thiefs guessed the security code on the card machine 99999 not the the hardest to guess. The store deletes cctv after a week so they don't have any proof and blamed everything on me and said I should of watched the customers type in the pin numbers for their cards and there was a second staff member on shop floor at the time also watching and did not say or see anything. I was then fired for gross misconduct even thou a manager typed in a card number manually (not allowed unless for deposit only) for a full payment which then bounced he was given a warning thats it I did not type a thing into the machine these con artists did also the manager served the same customer two or three weeks later and said he guessed he was the one that conned the store. There was only one staff member in the company that I trust and that was Dan hands he is the best area manager you could ask for he tells you everything straight and he does things by the book unlike the ceos and also other area managers.
