Pros
It's a relaxed atmosphere where you can work alongside enthusiastic individuals! There's always opportunities to learn new things if you're self motivated and love the products. The company owner is a true gentleman and the customer base can at times be excellent.
Cons
There can often be some crossed wires between head office and retail stores and unfortunately there is a lack of training courses available to the staff. This could be over looked as you can find time in your day to teach yourself many of the required skills but unless you really love the products or your small close knit team and find that to motivate you you'll struggle as the pay could be left wanting more!
