1-KSB is a Pump manufacturing firm with having well-established department working with SOPS 2-KSB has its own design department to design a pump as per customer requirements. 3- KSB has the latest foundry to cast pumps and automotive parts. 4- KSB has also a project department to provide a complete pump solution. (EPC)
Cons
1-KSB has not invested in human resource development such as new training & Certification on new tools. 2-There is fewer opportunities to promote to a higher position due to the long management structure and less salary as per expectation.
