      Indian Consulting Firm. Flexibility to choose area of expertise.

      Cons

      Typical Indian Consulting firm. If you are transferring from another IT firm, there is nothing great that this can offer you. The company basically is flexible over the Area you are working on and can set you up for Marketing in that Area, but basically, that is where it all ends. You will need to get your own training and expertise and grow in the company. Once you do your Green Card, you are stuck with it.

      Pros

      If you know how to play with individuals at higher management - then its your company.

      Cons

      Very bad treatment for employees. no recognisition - Company only motive is to earn profits on employees as well by not adhering to professional ethics.
