      Upper management does not have employees best interests at heart; driven by profit with a goal of outsourcing as many positions as possible overseas.

      Very lax, good teams and very good experience for leadership

      Cons

      Instructors are expected to do most of the heavy lifting with little instruction from management, expected to create entire curriculum etc
