Tasks requested of employees are straight forward. Company has set templates or modules to work efficiently.
Cons
Singapore counterpart consistently underestimates the tasks to be done by KTP staff and immediately use KTP staff as scapegoat for mistakes spotted and intended for SG staff to check. KTP PH management does not provide any support for KTP PH staff and HR does not intervene or support staff concerns. Management also criticizes staff from taking vacation leave, sick leave, or even unpaid leave even if requested at the appropriate time in compliance with HR terms
