We pride ourselves in offering growth and developmental opportunities through our continuing education reimbursement and mentoring programs, internal job postings and promotions, as well as training and certification through KUBRA University so that Our People are able to build their skill sets and further their careers within KUBRA. In addition, we are excited to provide our team members with access to a variety of online learning platforms so that they can take on-demand courses to further enhance their skills and knowledge and prepare for future roles within KUBRA.
As it relates to compensation, we conduct regular market research and internal reviews to ensure we are paying competitively against the market and equitably within our company. Increases to compensation are also evaluated based on an individual's performance and goal achievements throughout the year, in accordance with our regular Performance Review Process.
