This can cause some bottlenecks or miscommunication but it's something every scaling start-up deals with. The good thing is, the teams within KUDO are quick to address and adjust as needed.

Very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. KUDO is VERY innovative. The best product on the market, yet always thinking of new way to enhance and grow the product. KUDO excels in all areas that affect a person's happiness. Work/life balance is prioritized here. Encourages personal well-being/care. Coffee time to meet other teammates and have a chat to get to know each other. Fun online groups to join in, yoga, music, cooking, etc. I can go on and on. Essentially, I am enjoying my challenging work, and that where its at. KUDO has a Solid mission and drives it forward. Very fast paced. Good benefits and perks.
