Pros
KUKA does a lot for mental health awareness and cares for it's staff. There are many workshops, such as debt management, menopause awareness, and pensions and savings advice which I've not seen in other jobs. Everyone is friendly and the managers always take interest in what my department is doing and recognise hard work and good achievements.
Cons
This is a big company and sometimes there is a lot of corporate compliance regulations to follow. But this is something from our HQ so our managers are following protocol.
