There are a lot of cons to this position. First off, the position that was described to me during the interview, is completely different from the actual position. Basically you come to work not knowing if you'll get, bite, punched or your hair pulled. If you didn't have any of those things happen to you, then it's a good day.
If you work in the hospital area it's never constant. One day you might be on one unit, the next day you are on a different unit. This makes it hard to build a strong team. Also there is no organization in where they place you. Also if you actually do your job then they expect more out of you.
The supervisors play favorites and it's super evident.
