My experience at KW Property Management and Consulting at Residences at Vizcaya was marked by an unhealthy work culture and poor leadership. The environment often felt tense and discouraging, with management relying more on intimidation and pressure than support or professional development.
Communication from leadership was frequently unconstructive, and concerns did not feel safe to raise. Rather than fostering teamwork and growth, the atmosphere seemed driven by fear of mistakes and favoritism, which made day-to-day responsibilities unnecessarily stressful.
Based on my experience, this is not a workplace I would recommend to anyone seeking a respectful, stable, and supportive environment.
